Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes you can. We understand you may change your mind before we can ship the item. If you do, email us at concretekreation@gmail.com and we’ll sort the rest.
Can I return my purchase?
You can return your order within 7 days of receipt of item by contacting us at concretekreation@gmail.com. Please refer to our Delivery & Return page for further information on our return policy.t
Are Returns free?
Unfortunately, currently we do not offer free returns. As we grow this will be one of the things we look to change.
The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount, if the return criteria is met.
